Currently soft opening from January 19-January 25, 2026, but no promotion on anything in the store and no notice about a grand opening promotion in the future. NO FOOD YET, coming soon it says. It's so nice inside, decorated really nicely, clean, and there's also outdoor seating! Ordered the Salted Cream Coffee which has phin-filtered coffee, milk, condensed milk, and tram's salted cream. This was $6.75 for a small and $9 for a large. I did no modifications because I wanted to taste it as is. It's really authentic, lots of ice and lots of condensed milk at the bottom. That's how Vietnamese coffee is! The salted cream was literally perfect, I have no notes. I don't remember if you can choose the sweetness since I ordered on the kiosk and didn't want to make any adjustments so I just swiped all the way down to add to cart. I ordered a thai tea with boba. I didn’t like it too much because I can tell it was made from powder. This place is new in Stockton and have heard great things about it. Next time I will try something different to drink.

Went there yesterday. I placed 4 orders. I got 2 large house special (super good) with added lychee jelly. 1 large sea salt cream coffee (strong), and lastly a large Thai tea with boba (As you can see in the picture below) comparisonto the 2 liter soda for a large size. Their large are a perfect size for the price. Very well loved it. However, the coffee I ordered? Was not what I expected. Drink size. It's ok. Was just expecting the same size large. No food was available. Their system however was on and off so we were told to wait for a few minutes before we can place an order. No problem there. Overall all, this is Vietnamese coffee and it's delicious. Very strong coffee if you needed it. I will come back and try other varieties. For sea salt cream coffee please shake very well before poking it with your straw and drink it. I love this straight up coffee. If the food was ready, you will have more of my money.

First time and last time here. I ordered my 2 teas drink at 11:52am. I got off my seat at 12:18pm because many people who ordered before me received their drinks already but still they said my drinks want ready. Again I got off my seat at 12:29pm because the person who ordered after me got her single drink before I did and I asked the employee are my drinks ready and she said oh yes they been ready just sitting here. I was irritated. These employees need to work on their customer service skills and be more organized. I waited over 30mins for just 2 tea drinks. When i received my drinks. One drink was so low and i asked the employees why isnt my drinks filled to the top. She said" because you asked for light ice" NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE COMING BACK HERE.
