Ordered online, it took forever for our pizza to be ready for a pickup order. Times would be helpful when placing the order to know how long it'll be. Our pizzas were grabbed from a shelf and brought out, they were sitting there for a while.

Management here is horrible. Love the restaurant but not this store. So lazy very blah can’t cook food properly. Than don’t even take ownership when the cheap food is sitting in front of them. The manage sent the 16 year kid to deal with it. How pathetic the management is here. Stop going til this changes

I didn't want to post a negative review, but I got a pizza, and it was undercooked. I talked to the manager; they said they were going to mail out a gift card for the price that I paid for the pizza, and it would take two weeks. After three weeks, I stopped by the store, just telling them, "Hey, I never received the gift card. Maybe just remake the pizza; we'll just call it even." Well, the lady who said she was a manager was very rude and said I had to wait for the gift card, which I still have not received after four weeks. Went in to buy a pizza. It had been a while and I know prices fluctuate so I asked the girl at the counter what the price of a extra most bestest pepperoni pizza was these days. Without missing a beat she responded with "well with the current administration it'll probably be $10 soon". I don't care which way people vote.
