I would be giving ZERO stars if I could! In order to write this review I HAD to give at least one star and that is the ONLY reason for the one star. If you want to waste your time AND money, order from here! Then after over 2 hours, and WELL over an hour after the estimated time for food to be ready, don’t be caught in our situation and have them cancel your order! The best part is after an hour when we should have had our food they had the nerve to text ME for a review of the food and service! How do you review food or service that is NON existent? We waited over 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and seat us. When we sat no one came to take our order until the servers argued about who was going to take us 10 minutes later. It was clear that the loser of the argument was trying to leave within the next half hour, and not thrilled (though she did apologize for not knowing she would be taking our table). When my son was unclear about the difference between whipped cream and "toppings" the waitress became impatient and just kept repeating "no, what toppings do you want?" Not the friendliest Friendly's experience.

Friendly’s. I have secondhand embarrassment right now. I have been fighting myself four weeks to buy some food there because of my few last orders but i caved because the food I once knew was so it. First I hate that It cost me $30 for one entrée and a kids meal. But I was dying for a Super melt so I came today. Please tell me why I paid an extra three dollars to get loaded fries that 1. Wasn’t even a big portion 2. Was mixed with regular fries I didn’t want (I ordered loaded waffle fries) and to top it all off 3.! I have cuts in my mouth because you must’ve gave me the bottom of the barrel.
