Wow an absolutely fantastic experience at this Steak N Shake! Great portion size for the money, the Wagyu Double Burgers were so fresh and steaming hot as were the thin fries! Free refills on the drinks too, and the Steakburger & Fry seasoning sachets provided make the fries n burgers even tastier! The Milkshakes are so tasty and refreshing too. The diner is very clean and tidy inside and the staff are pleasant and friendly too, Thanks to all the Steak N Shake staff for a 5 star experience! THIS IS HOW FAST FOOD SHOULD BE!💙We will be back to enjoy again soon!🍔🍟🧋😎⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was guided here by the Lord‘s light 💡 a place of good, so they say , a place that sells hamburgers🍎 day after day: 🌞 of course I ordered the number one combo with everything on it except for cheese and I even said please I got a soda and some skinny fries never ketchup never ketchup cause that is not nice. I got a soda and it was a Coca-Cola. I don’t know what else to tell you the meal was OK could’ve been better could’ve been great but it was just OK. What else can I say? I paid nine dollars just to have this meal.🤷🏽

The food was good however they make you order on a touch screen and if you get confused on how to customize your steak burger they wont come help you. There was no option to add bacon and I was told to add 2 chese sauces to my order and that would mean I wanted to add bacon to my burger? And after waiting they still got the orders wrong and came without bacon. The milkshakes are impossible to enjoy it came too thick to use a straw and with chunks of ice? I have enjoyed steak and shake for years but this location is disappointing.

This management and employees are just horrible!!! I ordered on uber eats and they prepped the food like if they was ready to go home and no thoughts given. I ordered 2 chili cheese fries and on the first one they put no cheese or beans jus fries and the second one just a little fries and a little of beans like a small fries amount and the burgers. Oml where do I start. I got no lettuces, tomatoes, onions, pickles, or mayo just the meat and bun. Don’t order or get food from this place jus horrible
