Gavin took our order and operated like he owned the place, dialed in, attentive, and on top of everything. He wasn’t just behind the counter. He was out in the dining area, checking on guests, keeping things clean, and making sure everyone was taken care of. That level of ownership is rare. Food was great like always, but Gavin made the experience. If every location had someone like him, there’d be no competition.
