Well what can I say, Jania in the drive thru though about everything. She put condiments in the bag so when I asked for ketchup she smiled nicely and said it already in there. The fries were hot out of the fryer and the Krystals were on point. I wish every drive-through experience was as good as this one.

Not 24 hours . Please fix the online times it’s very disappointing for me to drive out of my way to come here to crystals to support your business. And then you’re not open at the hours of operation listed on your website. Very disappointed not sure when the next time I’ll be back is. It’s Monday morning 5:30 am 4/13/2026 again FIX THE HOURS AS LISTED ONLINE YOU ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS

My husband and I came to this location to eat and honestly it was the worse. 03/21/2026 between the hours of 2pm-2:30pm there was 2 employees, a woman and man at it with each other on who keeps the place more clean and who’s a pig. They both was cussing like crazy and made it so uncomfortable to eat. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. No one should be in a place to hear right in front of you 2 employees cussing so much. That is definitely not customer service.
