Tried to order veggie, couldn't order it in store. Had to place online order that took 30mins so I had to continue as a guest when checking out. Son sat and waited and i guess the cashier was friendly as she kept checking with him. But who ever cooked my veggie must have done it with their eyes closed. All cheese, that wasnt even melted, barely if any onions, mushrooms or green peppers. No mayo as requested either. Mind you, almost $15 for bread and cheese. When I took a bite, straight cheese. Never have this problem with the one at the mall. So friendly, awesome service and awesome food.

Nice place , was disappointed in my ny strip steak they filleted it and roached it. Told the guy I was surprised they did that to a perfectly good steak. Steak is no thicker than the ones at Ruth’s Chris’s , they cook them just fine , I won’t be back here. Kids split a surf and turf , they butchered that steak as well. I expected a better experience. Last year in Orlando we tried Charley’s , much better experience there , maybe that’s why we were disappointed as Orlando did a much better job. Absolutely stellar service and attentiveness when came down to it. I was taken care of with a positive attitude and passionate, let alone intentional dining experience!!! I definitely do say check this place out…. 10/10
