Enjoying lunch with my in-laws at Culver’s. Each meal was fast & fresh. While eating there, an employee introduced himself as an ambassador & had a surprise for us. With much amazement, he began singing throughout the restaurant—nerves and all. What made the moment even more special was the group of high school students nearby. They were fully present—attentive, encouraging, and genuinely kind—cheering him on with such respect and enthusiasm. 2 months ago we went to this Culver’s and the manager was on the grill. Our onion rings were burnt and burgers were cold. The manager had an attitude when we asked one meal be replaced and a refund for the other. We chalked his behavior as everyone has a bad day. We came back last night and oh boy it got worse! We placed our order a 10 piece shrimp dinner with onion rings instead of fries a side salad instead of colesaw and a double burger. The women in the front polite and hard working. After waiting for 30 mins for our food we noticed ppl at the front demanding refunds because they were wait
