My friend and I were visiting this beautiful town on business and he had a hankering for some ice cream after dinner. It was our first visit here and I’d never been to a Friendly’s before. There were only two other customers in the dining area and it took a while to get a server to come to our table. When she finally arrived we placed our orders and they were served very quickly. We both ordered sundaes and they were great! Our server was very attentive and very pleasant.

Came in and the restaurant was clean and quiet. We were greeted right away and at a booth in just a few moments. The waitress we had was great Her name was Stacy D. in the pittsfield restaurant. She took her time taking our order and got everything correct. The food came out hot and everything was delicious and she even greeted my son and asked how good his lunch was to which he also replied that it was good! Always a good time when we come here and always will be a family fav!

Service & Ice Cream -- Excellent However, the restaurant smells like old frying oil. The humidity accentuated it. We didn't order fries or anything. Would recommend a dehumidifier & air purifier, in addition to replacing the oil.

We had the best time there! Aiden was our server and when we arrived he told us it was just him and the kitchen staff so we were expecting things to take a while but nope! It was the best service we’ve experienced anywhere in a very long time! Aiden was attentive and kind and very quick, as was the kitchen; our food arrived hot and fresh and very delicious. Other parties came and went over the time we were there and everyone was greeted cordially and everything was done to the utmost to make all comfortable. Eventually two more people came in to help out and we assume things got even better al
