I was hungry for real barbecue for the 4th of July. So, I went in and purchased a pound of pulled pork to go. I had dined in at Blake's before for lunch, and the restaurant was busy. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. The restaurant was slow today, since it is a holiday. It is located in an industrial area, and most of the surrounding businesses were closed.
