This was probably the best Potbelly we have been to. We ordered a big Cubano and Avo Turkey. The staff was genuinely friendly and outgoing, which is unusual these days, and the sandwiches were delicious. Several of the other locations we have tried were rather stingy with the ingredients so the big size sandwiches were pricey for what you got, more bread than filling. These were well proportioned and bigger than we expected.

I know PotBelly is not known for selling salads. Bought two salads from them recently. Both had old tired greens. The other toppings were good. The picture makes them look better than they were. Zoom in to see it better. Makes me wonder how fresh their other ingredients are?? If you don't have fresh greens, send someone out to the grocery.

Just ordered a steak flatbread sandwich and it was completely mishandled and poorly executed- this is supposed to come with caramelized onions, they put raw onions. I asked for heavy sauces, the sandwich was pretty much bone dry and condiments only put on one half my sandwich. Sandwich was not cut. Asked for napkins to be added to my order (delivery order) and none was provided. This location use to be better than this. Im not sure if staff is being trained appropriately for them to deliver inconsistent sandwiches. Other potbelly locations have y better standards than this. I rarely take the

I placed a delivery order but then received two different order and cancellation texts. I never got my food. I checked and I still got charged and lost my 'free' gift for opening my account. I have tried calling the store to get this sorted out but last two days nobody has picked up. Update: I was contacted promptly by Potbelly and my issues are being worked at. Thank you for quick response.
