If you’re on the fence about this place, don’t be, stop in! A group of six of us walked into Batter Rebellion for dinner and drinks and were greeted immediately, which made a great first impression. It wasn’t busy at all, only one other group was there eating so it wasn’t busy at all. We were given food menus right away, but no drink menus. For draft beer, we had to take a photo of the tap handles to see what was available, which worked out for the photo upload 👍. That said, the food was excellent. Q:What is there not to like about the food? A: NOTHING! My wife found out about this place from TikTok, however, one recently opened in, Riverside. I went back and forth with myself about ordering the Fowl Mouth or the Chicken & Waffles. The Chicken & Waffles won due to my love for spice. However, the spice level was non-existent in my opinion. I was invited to a Yelp Elite event — my first one ever — and honestly, I had zero idea what to expect. I thought it was just going to be some casual tasting and that’s it. But nope — it turned out way better than that. The place was packed, in a good way. Loud conversations, people laughing, grabbing snacks, comparing drinks — just a fun atmosphere.
