As a self proclaimed breakfast snob this place was superb. I got a simple breakfast, bacon and eggs with home fries. But somehow it was perfect. The bacon was crispy with the right amount of softness. My medium rare eggs were exactly right, the ideal amount of slight runniness. The home fries were crispy but not hard. You would think all this is easy to achieve at a restaurant but I assure you it isn’t.
