Just an all-around fantastic experience. I’m from New England and went here on a road trip. I’ve never been to New Mexico nor had New Mexican style cuisine, so this was an absolute treat to me. The guacamole was some of the best I’ve ever had. The agua Fresca was not very sweet, which I appreciate, as I’m sure it is healthier that way. Tres Colores Sunday, April 12 12:13 pm We were in downtown Santa Fe on a Sunday noonish and stepped into Tres Colores. There is counter service and metered parking on the streets adjacent. The staff welcomed us warmly, we immediately ordered and our food was delivered in minutes. We noticed there were 7 staff for 10 tables. There were empty tables while we were there but I can imagine on busy weekdays it could require all of the staff. (There are also deeply shaded tables on the sidewalk next to the restaurant.) BEST FISH TACOS WE HAVE EVER HAD! Seriously, just wow! We just finished eating and we are in a trance! Unlike any other fish tacos we have ever had. The fresh guac was really good too. You have to try these tacos!

I love the fried fish in Fish Taco, which is much better than the beef taco. And Guacamole is very fresh too. I don’t like the green chili soup because it’s very light and not spicy at all. There’s only little green chili in there.
