Let me preface by saying I have ordered this breakfast sandwich before. I know how it is supposed to look. Even if I hadn’t, I wouldn’t expect this. The wait for this order was entirely too long. The service is extremely slow and unwelcoming. There was only one person in front of me in line. Take a look at what I received for $6.25 + tax. This is the Maple Waffle Breakfast Sandwich. I wanted to add, I called up there to discuss this with a manager to avoid from leaving this google review, but no one answers the number listed for this location.

I've ordered the same coffee from all CC's in close proximity of this location. I'm here to tell all of you, Daviana is the only one who nails it EVERYTIME, hands down! She makes my coffee on point and with so much love...I'm telling you! If you put 10 people behind a wall and they all took my order, I'd be able to tell you which cup she made....NO CAPPIN! She has a great personality and smile. Not to mention, exceptional customer service skills! I'm sure she'll be reaching greater heights, sooner than later!

Ordered my usual grande turtle mochasippi, but the barista first made a caramel mochasippi, then she made a nutty, runny turtle mochasippi, then she made a second runny turtle mochasippi… I AM SITTING HERE QUITE NOT PLEASED. I usually enjoy my mochasippi after passing thru the drive thru but since it’s raining today I decided to sit inside. And, I’m certainly not pleased today at all: todays drink lacks its usual consistency & flavor. I’m NOT PLEASED. I don’t plan to visit anymore for a while. If I could give it ZERO stars today… that’s what this drink & the barista who made it deserve. 🤬🤬🤬

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Cc’s. I ordered a Mochasippi with the works, but there was no white chocolate on top. When I called to ask about it, the employee argued with me and insisted it was put on there instead of trying to help. The attitude was very rude and unprofessional.
