Had an absolutely wonderful meal by myself here while traveling on business. I sat at the bar and read my book, which means I could have very easily and understandably been overlooked, but instead the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The Sauvignon blanc was by no means expensive, yet absolutely delicious, and the same goes for the food. We celebrated Cinco de Mayo with a prefix menu and Tequila tasting. 4 flight of wonderful Tequila shots, 4 specialty craft Tequila drinks, paired with shrimp ceviche app, watermelon salad, short ribs, and chocolate flan dessert. We booked the event months in advance, and everything came together perfectly. The Steel District is an exciting addition to downtown Sioux Falls, and Dahlia’s provided the perfect setting for such a special evening.
