Katie Vice★★★★★We spend a wonderful New Year’s Eve at Parker’s. My scallops were cooked to perfection - melt in your mouth, tender, zero grittiness and the flavors on the plate all worked so well together. We also had the elk meatballs, mushroom soup, salad, and the halibut. These were also delicious . We tried cocktails from the signature menu and they did not disappoint. They were extremely busy. We weren’t in any hurry, so it was perfect for us. The vibe of the restaurant was perfect. Our server was amazing. Reservations are a must.
