I had brunch with family at this IHOP. Our server, Tamara, was a sweetheart. She was quick, attentive, and had a wonderful personality. She was helpful with food choices as well as with pure kindness towards my young grandchildren . The food was tasty amd served hot.

Ate all you eat ribblets, then shrimp and lastly boneless chicken. We found the ribblets a bit dry, howeever the chicken was more tasty of the three. Customer service was exceptional: managers lookin on us several times and our waitress always asked us on how we liked the food, if there was anything we needed, etc.

Javier was amazing! He made sure we had everything and more, always topped off our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed to make a wonderful experience even though he was extremely busy that morning. He was given multiple tables including an 8 top and while he was running around making sure everyone was enjoying their food and gathering things they may need, there were three managers sitting and watching the whole time. I've worked at some of the busiest restaurants in Tacoma and never have I seen a manager, let alone three not help. Instead they were laughing and chatting away, eat
