Rude customer service, there are much better places to get coffee. When I got to the register, the employee who had been helping customers suddenly walked away to assist his colleagues, leaving me waiting well past the initial rush. Eventually, someone else helped us. When our drinks were called, they used the wrong name and the staff just stood there awkwardly. I suspected the order was ours, but the name didn’t match. My partner had to step in to confirm and correct them. The first employee seemed confused, the second appeared uninterested, and the person who helped us avoided eye contact
