Pathetic store. 15 minutes in the lobby watching the employees doing each other's hair in the back of the kitchen, I go to the drive through and then they have me wait 5 more minutes so I walk back in and they gaslight me about doing hair because they didnt see me watching them. 3 employees and no one working. I watched people leave without ever talking to an employee because they didnt care about their jobs. Clean house and maybe ill come back otherwise this Krystals is going under with the amount of people ignored by staff.

This location is okay. Their food is good and fresh for the most part. The wait is not really too long, but they do tend to forget your side items. I was missing a few things with my last order. Please double check the customers items on to go orders. I also saw a sign posted that their 3rd shift employees only get paid $10/hr. This is a major concern that should be taken up with Corporate. They should at the least be pair $12/hr . $10 seems a bit unfair. I can only imagine how much their day shift is under paid.

Tried several different fast food places before ordering from here. Mostly because all of the ones I tried before closed 15 or so minutes before their posted closing time. The employee working the drive thru was super nice, patient, and helpful. He seemed happy to be at work!! The food was delicious and flavorful!!

The absolute worst Krystal experience. Nothing about my order was correctly made. Hadyto go back inside to get forgotten item not in my sack. When I hot home and unwrapped the melt was old toast, not melted cheese and a cold beef patty with no condiments. This store needs management. Do no go there. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.
