Staff here is always nice and friendly. Must have a very good work environment so kudos to management because your employees seem happy and not a put on for the customer, legitimate. Food here is always hot and fresh and fries always crispy, compared to Lincoln Park and most this lace is night and day. I’ve never been disappointed and have been going here for 20+years from young and drunk late night binges to now old and 9pm binges it’s been consistently awesome! Well… ordered 2 veggie sliders, 2 original(only onion), mozzarella sticks, onion chips, small fry, and an order of cheese fries. There were no onion on my sliders and yall also forgot our small fry. And the cheese fries? Cheese where? on quite literally 1 fry and the rest of the cheese? In between the 2 boxes you used to pack them 😑 first time having White Castle and very disappointed

Made a mobile order , had 2 cars in front of me & still waited a little over 20 minutes. I could understand if they’re handing out multiple bags or like crave cases to the cars but they each had one bag. Then after I got my order and went home the food I ordered was made wrong .

The entire experience was surprisingly incredible! We first walk in and greeted by a young lady asking if we are ready to order, we ordered a 9 PC Chicken Rings, 2 bags of fries and a Crave Clutch, One side no cheese and one side cheese, with onions and mustard. We asked about a military discount and was asked if we wanted that because the Crave Clutch already had a discount, we asked just to add the discount that makes the total cost less and then paid for the food.
