I'm deeply troubled by what happened to my sister at this establishment. She went in to order pizza and, after placing her order, noticed a special advertised in the window. When she returned to request a switch, the manager responded in a shocking manner, refusing to help her and instead saying they would only issue a refund because she supposedly didn’t know what she wanted. After this dismissive encounter, my sister went back to ask for the manager’s name, hoping to resolve the issue. What transpired next was completely unacceptable. I hadn’t been to this location in over a year, and I was pleasantly surprised! The young man in the blue Mariners hat working at the counter was so kind and had excellent manners. The young lady who brought my order to the car was also very sweet. Our order was made quickly and came out perfect. This crew seems like a great team and a huge improvement from my last visit. Thank you for the wonderful service!

1st time ordering: Slices and Stix jalapeno with 2-liter soda. Received Slice and Stix. No jalapeno, no 2-liter soda. 2nd time ordering: Slices and Stix with 2-liter soda. Received 1 cheese pizza and nothing else. Called for refund. Did not receive refund.

This place is horrible ordered a cheese ham and pineapple pizza when I picked it up and left got to the kids birthday party just to find out the pizza was covered in jalapenos and jalapeno juice suffice to say I could not serve to the kids waste of $20 upset kids at the birthday party hung up on several times on the phone trying to resolve this issue cannot find a way to submit an issue in the app or online it always directs you to call the store which they hang up on you
