Food was great. Would’ve been better if it was actually what I ordered. After patiently waiting in line and at the speaker for god knows how long I was finally asked what I wanted with a disrespectful tone. I asked for the baconator combo with a coke. Got to the window and was met with a woman open mouth chewing her food. The entire environment was honestly disgusting. After this I drove home only to find an absolute mess of a spicy chicken sandwich thrown together. I was starving so I ate it but the entire experience just left me baffled and disappointed. Please, do better.

Ordered a Jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and got no bacon on it so I politely went back around and explained my order and said I got no bacon and if I can just get three slices of bacon for my burger (not remake it). I went around and, mind you very nice employees with great costumer service understood every everything I told them no complications and they where going to go fix it. Until ,ofc as a manager does , ask what happen. she then came to me at the window and asked what happened (after I just told the employees). I was here 3/25/26 around 9:45pm I got a cookie bundle and some nuggets. When I first ordered the bundle, The person taking the order said we didn’t have it. And I heard someone in the back say yes we do. Once I got to the second window, the young teen continued being rude. She told me “we don’t have all your cookies” so of course I ask more questions like, “what do you mean? I ordered a Biggie meal including (A bacon cheeseburger and 4 count nugget) I ordered a drink as well, when I revived the food I only had a 4 count nugget, so I took it up with the staff and they were absolutely helpless and made me pay for the cheeseburger even though it was included in the meal, let alone the exact SAME price as the meal. The coffee drink that I ordered was not even close to what was advertised, even worse I asked for cream and the staff came out with ice cream. Honest review I’ve been to Wendy’s before many times this Wendy’s was absolutely horrible let alone the WORST fast
