Store was a little slow today even though at the time I was their their was no line. I ordered a hot sub with no onions it took 15 minutes to prepare it and when I got to the office my sub had onions on it. If it takes 20 minutes to make a sub atleast make sure its hot and correct

Atmosphere...it is a sandwich shop with little personality. Food...a decent, made to order sandwich. Service...this particular store used to have EXCEPTIONAL, professional and friendly service. The manager that was there before was fantastic. Now, it has really slid. Uncaring, non friendly, non smiling workers behind the counter that give the impression of hating their job, hating they have to make your sandwich and that they JUST don't want to be bothered waiting on you. Stopped in kind of late one evening about an hour before closing. Everyone was friendly and laughing, the seating area was very clean, and the drink area was tidy. We asked about the G100 sandwich and there was a guy there that could make it! We were very excited as that has become our favorite sandwich to share! It came out quick, hot and made perfectly!

I have a gluten allergy and I asked for my gluten-free bread to be toasted, which did mean the staff would have to clean the grill. I got push back because they didn’t want to clean the grill. When I told them don’t worry about it if it was too hard the worker got defensive. When it came time to ask how I wanted my sandwich I was not asked, they just wrapped it up and put in the bag. I had to ask them to please make it Mike’s way. I got an eye roll.
