I eat here usually 4-5 times a month. Food is good service is ok. But today. I couldn't believe the treatment or the food. First I ordered the pick two. My every time order. Beef Smokecheesy and potato soup. I received a Beef and cheddar. No biggie she didn't hear me correctly. But when I tried to tell them that it was wrong she was rude and demanding. If it didn't have lettuce and pickle I would have just taken the beef and cheddar. Then after about 10 more minutes I got what I ordered. Truly the BEST Schlotzsky’s I’ve ever been to. The bread and veggies are always fresh and have never had a bad experience here. The staff are super friendly as well!

I only came for the bogo pizzas on Wednesday. I drive all the way across town to be told I have to order online when I only have a 1 hour lunch break by the time I would have made my order complete I would only have 10 minutes to eat and get back across town. The inside of the store was really old and nasty .I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK INSIDE ANOTHER SCHLOTZSKYS AGAIN.
