The day we ordered here to be fair they only seemed to have two people working and their hate for their job shown. We all had chicken sandwiches. Mine was not super hot like everyone else's. My family had to blow theirs just to eat them. Mine was nasty tasting and as I ate into a thicker part of the chicken it was hard to bit and the taste and texture gotten worse. My husband couldn't believe it so he took a bite too. Yep, the chicken wasn't even cooked. It was as if they throw it in the grease and took it out fast. If you are looking for zero customer service, waiting 25-30 minutes for 3 burgers/baked potato/chili, and paying almost $40 for that amount of food, this is the place for you!! They offer zero/minimal customer service options, a super long wait time to cook 6 1/4 lb burger patties, and generally nothing else. Cool thing about being there today was seeing a couple of sisters that I used to coach in softball, that's why the atmosphere gets a 3/5. This happened a few months back, but im now just getting around to posting it. Im real big with ordering in mobile apps. I feel like it makes things so much easier. Ive never had an issue with mobile orders before, until this one particular day. I had a decent sized order, an order for 4 people, but when I got my food, i realized I was missing half my food.
