probably one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had as a family. sunday at 6:30pm, it was completely dead. you’d think the restaurant would be clean and have fast service, right? absolutely not. we were seated at a sticky table next to dozens of dead bugs on the windowsill. there was mashed food into the floor and all over the seats. our server was rude to my fiancé when we asked if we could move to a clean(er) booth. it took entirely too long for us to be asked about our drink and food orders and she was just so unpleasant the entire time. i could hear the staff arguing with each

Not the Same... Downright terrible service, not clean, and unattentive wait staff with very poor attitudes. I experienced cold coffee, long wait times for appetizers, bread, coffee (but an empty restaurant), and subpar food. I can see why this particular Bob Evans in Westlake looks deserted and has become an eye sore near the thriving Crocker Park shopping district. It's not because of their prices, it's the dismal service from the management to the wait staff. I would highly advise to save your money and go to any other restaurant around the Crocker Park area, and avoid this Bob Evans.

On 1/1/2025 around 8:39pm, I attempted to place a DoorDash pickup order at the bob evans at this Westlake, Ohio location. I looked at the time and notice I still had a minute to place the order thru this app. Then I checked to see what time the merchant closed that day which was 9pm. With one minute left, I was still unable to place the order. I contacted DoorDash and expressed this also and was told that I was unable to because the restaurant refused orders as they are closed. Whelp we know that’s a lie as I called and confirmed and verified it on Google. The time is now around 8:45pm a
