This is the only Red Lobster location I will dine at, the service is impeccable, entire restaurant (including restroom) is always clean and food is consistently on point and delicious. From the managers, assistant managers, bartenders, barbacks and servers you will consistently be served with a smile, consistency, swiftly and accuracy. All servers are top notch at this location, my favourite servers are Melissa, Jacob and Michael (3 of the best servers I have ever had in my life). Classic Red Lobster decor and dining experience. Looks like you don't get a salad with your meal anymore; Red Lobster used to have a great Caesar Salad Service was super prompt. Our server (Melanine? Sorry I can't remember) was chipper and went about and beyond to make a proper hot chocolate. Popcorn shrimp, Scampi and Alfredo were all tasty. Just like when I was a kid. Fries were pretty good, and now come in a paper bag. Garlic Cheddar Biscuits were excellent, they should never mess with that recipe. Restroom was clean and had real paper towels. Recommended

The service was great. Our waiter Brandon was awesome at keeping our drinks filled, explained the menu in detail. He's an asset to the restaurant. The food was delicious. There was no wait. The manager also thanked us for our visit.

We went here for Cinco de Mayo as opposed to eating traditional tacos. The service was very slow and extremely long wait time to receive our food. The waitress seemed annoyed with my boyfriend asking questions about the menu as well. My ultimate feast was less than desirable. The crab legs had visible gunk and had not been rinsed. Red lobster has unfortunately gone downhill over the years!!!
