Always used to love nandos but will have to pass after this experience. Ordered through uber eats and our food was cold and seriously overcooked to the point it was too tough to take a bite out of it. Luckily we were able to get a refund through uber. Will not be ordering from here again this was so gross.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order at Nando’s. The chicken we received was completely burned and overcooked to the point that it was not edible at all. It was a full chicken meal for me and my young one, and neither of us could eat it. It was very upsetting, especially when ordering for a child. This was a complete waste of money and not the quality I expected. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their food quality control.

I went to Nando's (Pakenham) today at about 4:20 pm. When I arrived, there were no other customers. A female staff member asked me to wait and said, "We'll be with you in a moment." I waited for about 10 minutes, but no one came to take my order, even though there were two staff members in the restaurant. After about 10 minutes, another couple entered, and the same staff member told them they could order using the app. While I was waiting, no one mentioned the app or offered to take my order. Order a full chicken to pick up - waiting time was 30 minutes. When I arrived there was told another 15 mins. Came back 15 mins later and was told waiting on chickens to be cooked and to come back in another 15 mins. Disgraceful customer service. Have used Nandos quite often. But one thing is for sure. That’s the last time they will see me there. 0 out of 5 If I could . No good
