First time to eat at Nando’s Restaurant at Williams Street. The ambiance was great. I was welcomed by Rnav. He took time to listen to my inquiries regarding the food that I was craving to eat and was gracious enough to accommodate me on my preferred seat since I liked eating alone and quietly. I was impressed too by the warm reception given by Rudy ( Manager) and asked how the food tasted. It was a feast for the senses since I was craving for flamed grilled chicken with rice. He was very attentive and he provided an exceptional service. I hope all the staff are as friendly and accommodating as

You encourage self serve but the barcode system doesn’t even work. Neither did it the time prior. And the poor bloke taking the order had to press 30 buttons to take the order and take payment. Your systems don’t work and it’s too complicated. Simplify. Staff are great though.

I wondered for Nando why it was only 3.7 stars. After visiting now I know. The chicken was dry and the rice tasted microwaved. I ordered a sparkling water no glass was given.
