They sometimes don't get my tea right. I always order steeped tea with 2 milk. This time my sister and I ordered sandwiches. They were good except for my lettuce. It was going black.

Although This place isn’t the Greatest, I just want to say thanks too,(Chantay)she is always so kind & very professionally no matter the times. She always fills up my cup every time I’ve requested, Not just lie to you then hand you a half empty cup you paid $5.40 for… I am not too sure how to spell her name correct so i hope i spelt it correctly, She is one of the few individuals at this location that understands customer service & will always send you away satisfied!!!

Wish I could put a zero star. This was honestly the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Whipped cream isn’t even inside the cup as they filled the iced Capp until the tip of the top of the cup. I asked her to put more biscoff and cream and she barely put anything and started telling her co workers how I wasn’t respectful when she snatched the iced Capp out my hand and barely added anything. Horrible

Ordered an Egg and Cheese BELT on a pinched croissant with crispy onions, chipotle, and creamy BBQ sauce, plus a mocha latte at the drive-thru. Instead, I got just an egg and croissant with a sauce and a regular latte. The crispy onions and other toppings were missing. I was on an important call so I couldn’t check right away, but I paid for something I didn’t receive. Very disappointing and careless service.
