Hi, from my Uber Eats order this morning, the bun looked like someone had already taken a bite. I don’t need a refund, but please look into it. My kid sometimes comes by around noon to buy food, so I really hope the food safety standards can be improved.

They say that service makes a restaurant, separate from another restaurant. This holds true for this A&W. The staff here really know how to make you feel welcome. I mentioned not the soda level in the root beer wasn't as it should be. Right away, I was asked to taste the root beer from another fountain. How many restaurants will actually ask you to do this? I've been to restaurants before where you mention it and all they will do is say we'll look into it. This employee said that he would go and check the levels. I have been going to this A and W location for a year now. Service is a hit and miss. The lady Love has been serving me most of the time i am there. Not too happy with her service. I ordered onion rings in replacement of my fries and added extra bacon to my teen burger which i paid extra. I even made sure to ask Love before i left that onion rings were in there and extra bacon was added. Love said yes. By the time i got back to work with my food neither extra bacon or onion rings was in my bag. Just a teen burger with ketchup package. I tried to contact the store but nobody picked up. This has

I recently purchased two Chicken perri perri burgers from your fraser heights store and was quite disappointed to find that they seemed very old — the patties were dry and the overall quality was not up to the usual A&W standard. I was really hungry and now so sad. What the hell guys. See the pictures of the old patties.
