What a lovely staff at this Tim Hortons. Food Is always fresh and fast. The washroom were so clean not often you see that. This will always be my favourite for myself and kids

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I placed a mobile order for two flatbread pizzas about 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing. My order was accepted, and my card was charged. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told the order had to be canceled. The two employees working told me they would refund my money because they were closing in an hour and had already cleaned the machines. This happened at 8:53 p.m., even though the restaurant doesn't close until 10:00 p.m. It was a complete waste of my time. If the kitchen was no longer able to prepare food, the app shouldn't hav

I’m never expecting world class customer service when I go to Tim Hortons, but the service at this location is exceptionally awful and their staff members make it crystal clear that they hate their jobs/customers. I’ve worked multiple customer service roles in the past, and the dismissive attitude at this location would NEVER have flown with any of my previous employers. Would be awesome if they could channel their passive aggressiveness into a greater sense of urgency instead.

I have been frequenting this Tim Hortons for quite some time, and everything is amazing. The food is delicious and it was given in a timely manner (I am especially fond of the honey crullers). The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, Pauline was also very helpful and considerative. I enjoyed my experience here very much and will continue to do so!
