Today, we went to Milestones to celebrate my birthday. We arrived at 5 and were the only patrons in the restaurant. We ordered our drinks and our entrees at 5:10 pm. After 15 minutes, we were told that due to staff sick call-ins, the paella would take an hour to prepare as the seafood was still frozen that they needed to use. So, they offered me a second option that would only take 30 minutes. By 6:38 we still had not been served our meals when we had been told at 6:20 that our meals would be out in 6 minutes by both the waiter and the manager. By 6:45 finally we got our entrees. From beginning to end the service was phenomenal. We couldn’t have asked for a better waiter, very personable. The food was very flavourful, hot when served and portioned very well. We had a great time and will be definitely going back again soon!

Went here for 2nd time but unfortunately tonight didn’t went well. As a fellow server, Giving tips is NOT MANDATORY. We are being paid for our service by an hour. If the customer tips, then it’s good. If not, then it’s okay. Because we are all just doing our job. What happened was: We went here tonight to celebrate our friend’s congregation. We want here today for Mother’s Day. There were seven of us, we had a reservation and were seated promptly. The restaurant itself is lovely, great atmosphere - maybe a bit on the dark side. The server was good, familiar with the menu and made recommendations. The problem was the wait after we ordered. It was over an hour to receive our food and the restaurant was not at all busy. When our food was ready to come out someone other than our server was brining it out two at a time and it took close to ten minutes to receive all of our meals - and we were waiting for everyone to receive their meals
