so I go - menus don't work and no one knows what to do I say ok forget it give me two Boston cremes i say put in a box please - ohh we don't have boxes so they put in their horrible bags - i get home and the topping is all stuck to the bag. disgusting - horrible service and quality - dunking donuts will make a huge comeback unless tims get's their act together

I’d give 0 stars if that was possible. I never got my coffee or food. I’ve always done mobile app orders. I was in a tight time frame and was already waiting 20-30 mins. The wraps were getting burnt constantly. I don’t recommend coming here. I was ignored and left money at a place without getting my order.

I am so surprise to see bad reviews! There is 2 times Horton walking distance from each other and I wonder if you you guys choose the right one ? Because I go there for two years and I never got any issues! Au contraire! Francine the manager and her staff are amazing ! The fastest service I ever got in any tim Horton ! I have to stop every time I pass in front. ! Don’t forget to tip them ! Merci de votre bon service !

I wish I could give zero stars. The drive-through service was horrible. There were four of us in the car placing one order, and the employee kept rushing us, repeatedly saying “that’s all” before we were finished. When it came time to pay, we asked her to repeat our order and she couldn’t even do that. She had a bad attitude and ended up forgetting one of our drinks. This was honestly the worst service I’ve experienced here. If someone doesn’t like their job, they shouldn’t take it out on customers they should just leave. Very disappointing
