The experience at this Tim Hortons was extremely disappointing, largely due to the attitude of the staff and manager. With only two people managing the entire location, service was already stretched thin. We were hoping to order two or three bagels, but the store had none available. When we asked about alternative options, the manager responded rudely and dismissively. We also mentioned that certain items should be kept in stock during lunch hours, but he simply replied, “Take what we have or leave.”

My main issue with this Tim Hortons is the fact they try to game their drive thru drive times.. CONSTANTLY! They are always asking you to drive forward to park after you've paid for no reason at all. Having worked at fast food chains in my teen years this practice is being abused. The only time we ever asked someone to park was for a massive order. They do this was regular orders. It needs to stop. The purpose of the timer is to show corporate how long the orders take. Not how fast can we artificially get cars through. I've complained a few times through customer service and its never changed

I’ve been coming to the Tim Hortons at 4040 Creditview Rd regularly, and I’m always impressed with the service. The staff here are consistently friendly, welcoming, and efficient. They do a great job with the drinks — well-made and served with a smile almost every time. It’s clear they care about keeping customers happy. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations in the area!

Everything is great at this place other than the long lines in the morning. I believe they changed their staff and ever since the staff change the lines in the morning have been insanely long. The old staff were faster and way more efficient. Fix your morning lines Timmie’s.
