This Tim Hortons location is quite spacious, with plenty of seating and a well-maintained interior. Most of the orders seem to be through the drive-thru, as I rarely saw many people sitting inside. The place is managed by Iranian staff who are very friendly.

I am very disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons. I ordered an Ice Capp and some food. I politely asked if a small amount of black coffee could be added to my Ice Capp. I was told that I had to purchase a separate coffee. I ended up buying a coffee and adding it myself. I have visited many Tim Hortons locations over the years, and every other location has always accommodated this simple request without any issue. This Tim Hortons consistently provides one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. Every single time I visit, something is wrong with my order. Unfortunately, today’s experience was the final straw. I went inside, placed my order, and sat down to wait. After an unusually long time, I realized everyone who ordered after me had already received their food. When I finally went to the counter to ask about my order, I was told they had completely forgotten about it. I am now filing a complaint against your store's employees, especially the older one. Today, I mobile ordered three medium-sized iced cup ,two Oreo flavored and one caramel flavored. Your employees told me they hadn't checked the order and made me three Oreo flavored drinks. I showed them the order on my phone again, but instead of checking it carefully, they insisted that it was supposed to be three Oreo drinks. Given the irresponsibility and poor attitude of your employees, I hope your store will take this matter seriously.
