We had an amazing experience at Sapristi during our visit to Quebec from Miami. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. Since we don’t speak French, we were relying on a friend to translate for us, but then the waitress heard us speaking Spanish and introduced herself as Virginia, letting us know she also spoke Spanish. Dined at the restaurant Jan 3, 2026. Had gone for a short getaway in Quebec City. After spending the day at a mall with a built in amusement park, 4 adults and two young children went looking for a restaurant. It was bitterly cold, restaurants were busy….we came upon Sapristi, one of our party went in and was somehow able to get us seating, with the assistance of Isaac. The restaurant was very busy. The staff were lovely. Eve, our server was so nice! The food was very good! Price overall was not bad considering the food and a bottle of wine. The atmosphere was very good, we were not rushed at
