Second time at Ginette's! The menu was perfect: the egg and asparagus were cooked to perfection and were delicious. The sweetbreads and garnish were excellent, though the cabbage leaf was just barely cooked 😥—crispy but edible. As for dessert, the rhubarb tartlet had a small mistake: the rhubarb was raw 😂—it happens! It's a shame for a €40 menu; everything should be perfect, especially when it's not busy. I still recommend it, though, because they work very well with quality ingredients, and the wine pairings were wonderful. The staff was welcoming and very pleasant. Thank you for this lov

Everything is impeccable: the decor is elegant, the service is excellent, friendly, and attentive, and the food is, of course, sumptuous, generous, and introduces us to new flavors.
