The sweetbreads and garnish were excellent, though the cabbage leaf was just barely cooked 😥—crispy but edible. As for dessert, the rhubarb tartlet had a small mistake: the rhubarb was raw 😂—it happens! It's a shame for a €40 menu; everything should be perfect, especially when it's not busy.
