Moulinard Pascal★★★★Second time at Ginette's! The menu was perfect: the egg and asparagus were cooked to perfection and were delicious. The sweetbreads and garnish were excellent, though the cabbage leaf was just barely cooked 😥—crispy but edible. As for dessert, the rhubarb tartlet had a small mistake: the rhubarb was raw 😂—it happens! It's a shame for a €40 menu; everything should be perfect, especially when it's not busy. I still recommend it, though, because they work very well with quality ingredients, and the wine pairings were wonderful. The staff was welcoming and very pleasant. Thank you for this lov
