Our recent visit to this McDonald’s was extremely disappointing due to the poor service we experienced. After receiving an incorrect order, we politely asked if it could be exchanged something I believe is a perfectly normal request. Instead of assistance, we were met with a very rude team member who spoke to us in an unprofessional manner, even shouting and pointing fingers at us while talking. The manager, who did not speak English, chose to raise his voice at us rather than trying to understand the situation. Great food, it's great that the German McDonald's has a completely different menu than the one in the Netherlands. It's especially nice that they're temporarily offering a menu with world burgers from all over the world.
