After receiving an incorrect order, we politely asked if it could be exchanged something I believe is a perfectly normal request. Instead of assistance, we were met with a very rude team member who spoke to us in an unprofessional manner, even shouting and pointing fingers at us while talking. The manager, who did not speak English, chose to raise his voice at us rather than trying to understand the situation.
