My 5 star rating for food is for the cocktails. We went to the Eau bar located at the lobby level of the Oberoi Hotel on Marine Drive, Mumbai. A wonderful, peaceful refuge looking out at the Arabian sea and the Mumbai skyline. The drinks menu has been totally changed and is delightful. The service of course is top notch. There is live music every evening. Everyone would love this spot. Go early for sundowners and grab a seat outside. It's perfect for the evening breeze. Kudos to the team at The Oberoi for this almost hidden gem. Fantastic.

Probably one of my most disappointing bar experiences. A child was practicing on the piano when I walked in, so chose to sit outside. First drink was great, and bar man lovely. I was the only person in the bar. I the sat for over 10 minutes after I finished my first drink and no one came over to offer another.
