The order was delivered two hours after placing the order, compared to the estimated delivery time of about 40 minutes. The food arrived cold and incomplete. It's impossible to reach the restaurant by phone. The courier didn't even say, "I'm sorry..." What a disaster.

We could smell the fresh bread from the street so we had to come in. Even though the place was busy (Sunday noon), the atmosphere was relaxed and we weren't rushed to order. The staff is super friendly and the service is great. They accepted a discount from the app (which two other restaurants in Amsterdam didn't) a didn't make a big deal about it. We had a pleasant experience, absolutely recommend.

The location is excellent for a quick bite when using public transport. A nice cozy subway compared to the normal Subway format because of the quite unique building. Service is excellent and to be honest, this is way more healthy then any alternative in the vicinity
