Came here for an a decent dinner with family and friends Such a lovely experience. The food was delicious, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. Every dish felt thoughtfully made. The drinks complemented the meal perfectly and were super refreshing. Great atmosphere and definitely worth visiting again highly recommended for a soothing evening with comfort snd luxury. Our arrival at the hotel was slightly delayed due to a missed entrance, but the warm welcome in the lobby quickly made up for it. The Mandarin Lounge was bustling, but we managed to snag a great spot. Sirengal, our delightful server, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She expertly guided us through the menu, ensured we had time to choose, and even helped us get online. Our drinks and pastries were beautifully presented and tasted divine. Sirengal's attentiveness was exceptional, anticipating our needs, clearing the table efficiently, and offering thoughtful suggestions. The entire experience was top-notch, with outstanding service and excellent value. Mr. Mahmood also deserves a shout-out for his fantastic contributions. We were truly impressed.

However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service I received afterward. I had ordered an Uber but was struggling to explain my location to the driver, and my phone battery was about to die. I was quite stressed at that moment. An employee named Mahmoud noticed that I needed help and immediately offered his assistance. He calmly handled the communication with the driver, reassured me, escorted me from Fawanees to the lobby, and kindly waited with me until my driver arrived. I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. The hotel is very lucky to have such a caring and attentive team member. I sincerely hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
