I had planned my evening after going to the cinema to have some Nando’s but we were all shocked with the miniature quarter chicken that we were all served not one of us got a relatively decent size quarter chicken that we ordered. This is one of the reason I avoid having Nando’s at Beckenham as I am always disappointed with the miniature quarter chicken they tend to serve you, such size should be served as a kids meal not to grown adults. I am very disappointed that Nando’s can actually get away with serving such miniature quarter chicken. Unacceptable 👎🏾

WORSE NANDO'S IN SOUTH LONDON! It's been a while since I had Nando's, so I thought I'd order Nando's as it's Valentine's day. I was so DISAPPOINTED! My food arrived cold, the "peri salted chips" was just normal chips and they weren't even regular chips, it was more like small chips. And, the mac and cheese had no peri breadcrumbs 😭 Also, there were no sauces and peri salts in the bag! Prices of food has gone up, but portions has gone down! 😭 If that doesn't break your heart, then I don't what would. 😭

Nice place. No rush which was great as I had my 5 year old great granddaughter with me who wanted every sauce on the table and to make designer scewers with the cucumber chips and chicken using the famous nandos food flag toothpicks No one seemed upset at her running back and forth for sauces It seemed clean pretty busy but welcoming

I wanted to take a moment to specifically recognise the manager Tegan at Nando’s Beckenham, truly outstanding leadership on display. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the restaurant was being run to a high standard. The manager was present, attentive, and clearly leading from the front, ensuring everything flowed smoothly. You don’t always see that level of hands on management, but it makes a real difference to the overall experience. Credit where it’s due, this is how a restaurant should be run.
