Nothing subtle about the food; bold and quite big portions, everything delicious. Wine is really nice as you'd expect with the Loki association. It is dear obviously but the ingredients are top notch. Good atmosphere, liked it a lot.

Only criticism is they wouldn’t make a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu, but we understand this isn’t a cocktail.

The atmosphere was fantastic. The staff were attentive and friendly. And thank you Glynn for taking the time to stop and have a photo with our birthday girl even though you were on your way to your son's football awards. I would thoroughly recommend a visit. We will definitely be back.
Daran Philipson★★★★We had chosen counter dining as table dining was fully booked however as I overheard Glynn Purnall say to another diner probably the best view in the restaurant and I would agree. The counter over looks the kitchen and restaurant and I did get a thrill from seeing Glyn Purnell cooking in the kitchen and thinking he is cooking my dinner. The downside of sitting at the counter was every time the front door opened we would get a blast of cold air.
