Ben’s Cookies was recommended to me by a friend and it definitely lived up to the hype when it came to the cookies themselves. I had the chocolate and peanut butter cookie which was around £2.50, and it was absolutely delicious — warm, gooey and full of flavour. I also had a black coffee which was really nice too. The two ladies serving were both lovely and friendly, which made the visit even nicer. My only slight disappointment was the café itself. As a cookie connoisseur myself I know what makes them special. I’ve tried many different ones; but what is it that sets Bens apart? Let me tell you- I went simple. A milk chocolate. Easy to be good, but hard to exceed expectations. But this cookie was crisp on the edges, filled with the most thick, high quality chocolate, soft and still gooey middle. It really was more than your bog-standard milk chocolate cookie. This was an experience for the taste buds. For just £2.50 per cookie you really shouldn’t miss the opportunity of going to Ben’s Cookies.

Small little shop that sells cookies to take away. They are £2.50 each but there are also deals to get more. I really loved them, I got milk chocolate chip and caramel crunch. They were really gooey and chocolatey. I definitely enjoyed it.
