The most INSANE ice cream ever. Had the tahini caramelised walnut and it was so good proper gelato. I’m coming every day whilst I’m here. I LOVE IT. I feel like pic looks bad I swear it was amazing. Edit: I went back next day for walnut straciatella and salted chocolate (vg) and they were obvs insane too xoxo

The fat and creamy texture is exactly what I’m looking for when I eat an ice cream. Flavors change regularly, but you should try : coffee + white chocolate, hazelnut latte and brown butter.

Honestly, maybe the best gelato in Edinburgh. It's a proper gelato, I would know since I went to Rome 2 months ago. The texture is abit softer than the real thing but this is as good as it gets in Edinburgh. At least it's proper gelato Flavours were executed well too. I got brown butter, pecan, and salted honeycomb Lovely Second visit: Oh my god it blew my mind again. They can do no wrong apparently. Pistachio ice cream was rave-worthy. The salted honeycomb doesn't rlly taste of honeycomb that much, but it tastes very strongly of milk, except salted. Very good so forgiven for the weak hon

A modest selection of flavours but all the ones we had were excellent, worth tasting one or two to see what you like. The chocolate and sea salt sorbet was outstanding!!
